How to Request a Return or Exchange:

  • A clear photo of the product you received

  • The reason for return or exchange

We’ll respond within 24 hours with instructions and the return address. Use a trackable courier and share the tracking ID with us. Once we receive and verify the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 14 business days.

Return & Exchange Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags must be attached

  • No stains, cuts, or alterations

  • Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange

  • Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued in the following cases:
  • Wrong item, size, or color sent
  • Product has a manufacturing defect
  • Product does not match the website description

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 working days after receiving the return.

Shipping Cost for Return and Exhange Policy

  • Free shipping on all orders above $99

  • Return/exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • Use a reliable, trackable courier for returns

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel within 24 hours: 100% refund

  • Cancel after 24 hours: 30% deduction

  • Cancel when 3 days are left before dispatch: 50% deduction

  • No cancellation allowed after dispatch

Custom Orders

We love helping you bring your designs to life. However, since custom orders are made just for you, they are not eligible for refunds. If the error is on our end, we’ll fix it and ship the corrected item to you as soon as possible.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, we’ll take full responsibility and offer a replacement or full refund.
